Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 cup uncooked oats
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 eggs

Instructions

  1. Pour milk over oats and let stand for 5 minutes.
  2. Mix together flour, baking powder, salt, and lightly beat in eggs into the oats mixture.
  3. Add honey and then add dry ingredients and olive oil, stirring until blended.
  4. Cook on a hot, lightly greased griddle until golden brown on both sides.
