Ingredients

  • 1 lb lean hamburger
  • 1 onion
  • 1 large carrot
  • 1 large potato

Instructions

  1. Make hamburger patties from the lean hamburger.
  2. Place a slice of potato, onion, and carrot on top of each hamburger patty.
  3. Wrap each assembled pack tightly in aluminum foil.
  4. Bake in the oven at 350°F for 35 to 40 minutes or grill until cooked through.
