Ingredients

  • 2 (1 lb.) cans pork and beans
  • 1 1/2 cups wieners
  • 2 slices American cheese, cut in strips
  • 1 (8 oz.) can whole kernel corn
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped green pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion

Instructions

  1. In a 1 1/2-quart casserole, combine all ingredients except cheese.
  2. Bake at 375°F for 30 minutes or until hot.
  3. Arrange cheese in criss-cross fashion on top of the beans.
  4. Bake until the cheese melts.
