Ingredients

  • 12 slices crisp bacon
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup Bisquick
  • 2 cups milk
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion

Instructions

  1. Grease a pie pan.
  2. Crumble the bacon evenly on the bottom of the prepared pie pan.
  3. Layer grated Cheddar cheese over the bacon, then add chopped onion on top.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine eggs, Bisquick, milk, salt, and pepper; mix well.
  5. Pour the mixture over the onion layer in the pie pan.
  6. Bake at 350°F for 50 to 60 minutes until set and golden.
  7. Wait 5 minutes before cutting and serving.
  8. This dish can be prepared the night before and stored in the refrigerator, then baked the next morning.
