- Mix liverwurst, half of the cream cheese, chopped onion, sour cream, Worcestershire sauce, and hot pepper sauce.
- Combine well until smooth.
- Form a mound of the mixture in the center of a serving dish and freeze for 15 minutes.
- Frost the top with the remaining cream cheese.
- Slice stuffed olives with pimentos to create a green circle with a red pimento inside.
- Arrange the olives on the outside of the mound as a garnish.
- Serve with low-carb crackers and vegetables.
