Holiday Nachos

Festive nachos topped with seasoned ground beef and melted cheddar cheese, served warm with sour cream and salsa, perfect for gatherings or game day feasts.

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
  • 1 to 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 8 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 pkg. nacho chips
  • 1 container sour cream (8 oz.)
  • 1 jar salsa

Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef and follow the directions on the seasoning mix package.
  2. When browning beef and mixing, add several tablespoons of salsa for extra flavor.
  3. Place tortilla-style nacho chips on a baking sheet.
  4. Spread seasoned beef over the nachos.
  5. Sprinkle shredded Cheddar cheese over the top.
  6. Bake at 350°F until cheese melts.
  7. Serve warm with sour cream and salsa on the side.
