Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups whole almonds
  • 2 cups walnuts
  • 2 cups pecans
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Toast the nuts at 325°F for 15 minutes and let them cool.
  2. Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
  3. Fold in the sugar and salt into the beaten egg whites.
  4. Gently fold the toasted nuts into the mixture until all nuts are coated.
