Ingredients

  • 3 c. sugar
  • 1 c. oil
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 2 c. pumpkin (1 can)
  • 2/3 c. water
  • 1/2 c. nuts, chopped
  • 3 1/2 c. flour
  • 2 tsp. soda
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. allspice
  • 1 tsp. cloves
  • 1 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and mix well.
  3. Lightly grease two 9 x 5-inch loaf pans.
  4. Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
