Ingredients

  • 1 stick margarine, softened
  • 1/2 c. chopped nuts
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. instant chocolate pudding
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 8 oz. Cool Whip

Instructions

  1. Combine margarine, flour and chopped nuts.
  2. Spread in 9 x 13-inch pan.
  3. Dot with butter on top.
  4. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until brown.
  5. Cream powdered sugar and cream cheese and 1 cup of Cool Whip.
  6. Spread over top of cooled crust.
  7. Mix pudding with milk; spread over cream cheese layer.
  8. Cover with remaining Cool Whip.
  9. Chill overnight.
