  • 1 pkg. Jiffy cornbread mix
  • 1 small box frozen chopped spinach
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 stick butter or margarine
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 4 eggs

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until well combined.
  2. Pour the mixture into a greased 10-inch square Pyrex dish.
  3. Bake in a preheated 400°F oven for 30 to 40 minutes until golden and cooked through.
