Instructions
- Cook potatoes and mash them with cream cheese, cheese whiz, and salt.
- Take a lasagna noodle, place one tablespoon of potato filling on the noodle.
- Roll up the noodle with filling inside and place it in a cake pan.
- Repeat with remaining noodles and potato filling.
- Saute chopped onions in butter (oleo) until golden.
- Pour the sautéed onions over the assembled perogies.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20 minutes.
