Ingredients

  • 1 oz cheese whiz
  • 2 oz cream cheese
  • 6 cooked potatoes
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 pkg lasagna noodles
  • 2 large onions
  • 1 1/2 sticks of butter

Instructions

  1. Cook potatoes and mash them with cream cheese, cheese whiz, and salt.
  2. Take a lasagna noodle, place one tablespoon of potato filling on the noodle.
  3. Roll up the noodle with filling inside and place it in a cake pan.
  4. Repeat with remaining noodles and potato filling.
  5. Saute chopped onions in butter (oleo) until golden.
  6. Pour the sautéed onions over the assembled perogies.
  7. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20 minutes.
