Ingredients

  • cooking oil
  • 1 cup diced onions
  • 1 cup diced potatoes
  • 1 cup diced carrots
  • 1 cup diced celery
  • 4 cups cooked tomatoes
  • 1 small can corn
  • 1/4 cup uncooked rice
  • 3 cups water
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
