Ingredients

  • 5 medium fresh beets
  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons oleo
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon snipped parsley

Instructions
