Ingredients

  • 2 lb. carrots, diced
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 onion
  • 1 can tomatoes
  • 1/2 c. salad oil
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 3/4 c. vinegar
  • 1 tsp. mustard
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Cook the carrots and drain them.
  2. Make a marinade with the liquid from the canned tomatoes, sugar, vinegar, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce.
  3. Beat the marinade well until combined.
  4. Pour the marinade over the cooked carrots and chopped green pepper and onion.
  5. Refrigerate the mixture and let it chill.
  6. Serve cold.
