Ingredients

  • 2 c. walnuts
  • 1 1/2 c. granulated sugar
  • 1/4 c. honey
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Instructions

  1. Boil sugar, honey, and water until a syrup forms a soft ball in cold water.
  2. Remove from heat and add vanilla.
  3. Stir in walnuts until the syrup becomes thick and creamy.
