Ingredients

  • 12 oz. frozen cranberries
  • 3 c. cider vinegar
  • 2/3 c. honey
  • 2 (2-inch) cinnamon sticks

Instructions

  1. Rinse cranberries and place in a large glass jar.
  2. Combine vinegar, honey, and cinnamon sticks in a medium saucepan; simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. Let the mixture cool until warm to the touch, not hot.
  4. Pour the mixture over the cranberries in the jar, including the cinnamon sticks.
  5. Cover the jar and let the mixture sit for 1 to 2 weeks.
  6. Strain the vinegar and pour into a clean decorative bottle.
