Ingredients

  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cube margarine

Instructions

  1. Combine eggs, milk, and salt in a blender until fluffy.
  2. Tap in flour, a little at a time, until well blended.
  3. Melt margarine in a 9 x 13-inch pan at 425°F.
  4. When butter is bubbly, add batter to the pan.
  5. Immediately return the pan to the oven.
  6. Bake for 25 minutes.
  7. Serve immediately.
