Ingredients

  • 2 c. potatoes, cooked
  • 3 c. cooked macaroni
  • 3 to 4 hard-boiled eggs
  • 1 tsp. mustard
  • 1 c. milk
  • 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1 medium onion
  • salt
  • sugar
  • vinegar
  • 1 c. navy beans (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cube cooked potatoes, cut up hard-boiled eggs, and chop onions; mix together in a large bowl.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine milk and mayonnaise until smooth.
  3. Add mustard, salt, sugar, and vinegar to the milk and mayonnaise mixture; stir well.
  4. Pour the dressing over the potato, egg, and onion mixture; toss to coat evenly.
