Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts, skin removed
  • 4 chicken thighs, skin removed
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. rosemary
  • 1 tsp. marjoram
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 2/3 cup white wine
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • butter

Instructions

  1. Sprinkle salt, pepper, rosemary, marjoram, and oregano over the chicken breasts and thighs.
  2. Saute the seasoned chicken in butter until golden brown.
  3. Add lemon juice and white wine to the pan.
  4. Cover and simmer until the chicken is tender.
