Ingredients

  • 1 quart barbecue sauce
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons dry mustard
  • 4 to 5 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Slice and trim the ham.
  2. Alternate layers of ham and barbecue sauce in a roaster.
  3. Add sliced onion, brown sugar, dry mustard, and Worcestershire sauce over the layers.
  4. Bake at 350°F for 3 hours.
