Ingredients

  • 6 tablespoons vinegar
  • 1/4 cup horseradish
  • 2 cans small whole beets

Instructions

  1. Heat sugar, vinegar, and horseradish in a saucepan until the sugar dissolves.
  2. Pour the hot mixture over the drained small whole beets in a container.
  3. Refrigerate overnight to allow flavors to meld.
  4. Drain beets before serving.
