Ingredients

  • new potatoes, washed and sliced into 1/2-inch rounds
  • green peppers, sliced
  • bell peppers, sliced
  • yellow crookneck squash
  • cherry tomatoes
  • seasoned salt
  • pepper
  • Worcestershire sauce or soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Place the washed and sliced new potatoes, green peppers, bell peppers, yellow crookneck squash, and cherry tomatoes on a sheet of heavy-duty foil.
  2. Season with seasoned salt and pepper, then add Worcestershire sauce or soy sauce as desired.
  3. Add a few dollops of margarine over the ingredients.
  4. Wrap up the foil securely to create a sealed packet.
  5. Place the foil packet on an outdoor grill set to low heat and cook for about an hour.
  6. Serve hot for a fuss-free and delicious summer dish.
