Ingredients

  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 2 boxes vanilla instant pudding mix
  • 1 can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 4 bananas
  • 2 tubs Cool Whip
  • 1/2 cup toasted coconut

Instructions

  1. Bake yellow cake according to box directions and let cool.
  2. Prepare vanilla instant pudding according to box instructions.
  3. Spread the prepared pudding over the cooled cake.
  4. Spread drained crushed pineapple over the pudding layer.
  5. Slice bananas and arrange over the pineapple.
  6. Spread Cool Whip over the banana layer.
  7. Sprinkle toasted coconut on top.
  8. Let stand for 2 hours before serving.
