Ingredients

  • 3 large roasted red peppers, cut in slivers
  • 1 can (14 oz.) artichoke hearts
  • 1 can (13.5 oz.) mushrooms
  • 1 can (6 oz.) black olives, pitted and sliced
  • bread crumbs
  • garlic powder
  • vegetable oil
  • paprika

Instructions

  1. Sprinkle bread crumbs in an 8 x 8-inch baking dish to prepare the base.
  2. Layer half of the roasted red peppers, artichoke hearts, mushrooms, and black olives.
  3. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and garlic powder over the layered ingredients.
  4. Repeat the layering with remaining ingredients.
  5. Drizzle vegetable oil over the top before baking.
  6. Sprinkle with paprika for color.
  7. Bake in a 350°F oven until heated through, about 20 minutes.
  8. Serve hot with garlic bread.
