Ingredients

  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 3 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup pecans, chopped and divided
  • 2 1/2 oz. jar dried beef, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Blend sour cream and cream cheese in a small bowl.
  3. Add mayonnaise and stir to combine.
  4. Mix in 3/4 cup of chopped pecans and chopped dried beef.
  5. Transfer the mixture to an ovenproof dish.
  6. Top with the remaining chopped pecans.
  7. Bake uncovered for 15 minutes and serve with crackers.
