Ingredients

  • 1 lb. butter, softened
  • 1 lb. powdered sugar
  • 1 lb. light brown sugar
  • 1 qt. vanilla ice cream, softened
  • 1 Tbsp. nutmeg

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat together the butter and the softened vanilla ice cream.
  2. Slowly add the powdered sugar and light brown sugar, and beat until smooth.
  3. Store the mixture in the freezer.
  4. To serve, put a heaping tablespoon of the mix in a mug, add a shot of rum, then pour hot water to fill the cup.
