Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup light corn syrup
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • fresh apple slices
  • cubes of pound cake

Instructions

  1. Mix together all ingredients other than apples or pound cake in a saucepan.
  2. Bring the mixture to a boil.
  3. Pour the hot caramel into a crock-pot.
  4. Set the crock-pot on low heat.
  5. Dip fresh apple slices or cake cubes into the hot caramel.
