  • 1 Vidalia onion
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • paprika
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Peel the Vidalia onion and cut off the top.
  2. Scoop out the top of the onion large enough to hold the butter.
  3. Place butter into the hollowed-out part of the onion.
  4. Sprinkle paprika, salt, and pepper over the butter-filled onion.
  5. Bake until the onion is tender and the butter is melted.
