Ingredients

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 1/2 cups vinegar
  • 1 gallon ripe tomatoes
  • 3 or more onions, chopped
  • jalapeno peppers, deseeded

Instructions

  1. Chop tomatoes, peppers, and onions and mix together.
  2. Combine all ingredients and bring to a boil.
  3. Boil for 5 minutes.
  4. Pack into hot sterilized jars and seal.
