A refreshing, fat-free frozen fruit slush blending strawberries, oranges, lemons, bananas, and pineapple for a delicious, healthy treat perfect for hot days or any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 10 oz. frozen strawberries, thawed
  • 6 oz. can frozen orange juice, thawed
  • 6 oz. can frozen lemonade, thawed
  • 3 bananas, cut in chunks
  • 1 medium can crushed pineapple with juice

Instructions

  1. Combine the thawed frozen strawberries, orange juice, lemonade, bananas, and crushed pineapple with juice in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and well combined.
  3. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
