Ingredients

  • 1 cup cornmeal
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 small can cream-style corn
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 hot peppers

  2. Chop hot peppers (wearing rubber gloves) and add to the mixture.
  3. Stir well to combine.
  4. Pour the batter into a well-greased pan.
