Ingredients

  • 1 cup extra large canned pitted ripe olives
  • 1/3 cup cubed Cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup biscuit mix
  • 1/4 teaspoon thyme
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 3 tablespoons milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon oregano

Instructions

  1. Stuff each pitted olive with tiny cubes of Cheddar cheese.
  2. Combine biscuit mix, melted butter, milk, thyme, and oregano to form a dough.
  3. Mold a teaspoon of dough around each olive, covering it completely.
  4. Place the prepared bites on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated 400°F oven for 10 to 12 minutes.
  5. Serve hot.
