Ingredients

  • 2 oz. frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 c. grated cheese
  • 1/3 c. club crackers
  • 1/2 stick margarine

Instructions

  1. Cook and drain the frozen mixed vegetables.
  2. Mix melted margarine with club crackers until coated.
  3. Combine chopped celery, mayonnaise, and grated cheese; stir into the cooked vegetables.
  4. Pour the vegetable mixture into a large baking dish.
  5. Cover the top with the cracker mixture evenly.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes at 350°F (175°C) until golden and bubbly.
