Ingredients

  • 3 packages corned beef, chopped
  • 1 large can sauerkraut
  • 8 oz shredded American cheese
  • 8 oz shredded Swiss cheese
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. Rinse and drain the sauerkraut.
  2. Mix the chopped corned beef, drained sauerkraut, shredded American cheese, shredded Swiss cheese, and mayonnaise in a bowl.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
  4. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20 to 30 minutes until hot and bubbly.
