Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 2 slices bread
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 3 Tbsp. ketchup
  • 1 small onion
  • 1/2 green pepper
  • soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Place ground beef and torn bread in a mixing bowl.
  2. Beat eggs and pour over the meat and bread mixture.
  3. Add milk and ketchup, then mix well.
  4. Stir in diced onion and green pepper.
  5. Use soy sauce to make the mixture moist as needed.
  6. Place the mixture into a loaf pan.
  7. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 1 hour.
