Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup beer
  • 2 cups shredded sharp process American cheese (8 oz.)
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 container Freezer Beef Squares
  • paprika or snipped parsley

Instructions

  1. Heat beer just to boiling in a 3-quart saucepan.
  2. Stir in shredded cheese, dry mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and cayenne pepper.
  3. Heat, stirring constantly, until cheese is melted.
  4. Break Freezer Beef Squares apart.
  5. Stir beef squares into the cheese mixture.
  6. Heat to boiling; reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, stirring occasionally, until beef squares are hot, about 15 to 18 minutes.
  7. Sprinkle with paprika or snipped parsley.
  8. Serve over hot, cooked noodles if desired.
