Ingredients

  • 1 lb chipped ham or baked ham or turkey breast lunch meat
  • 1 cup grated American cheese
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 2 or more tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 onion, diced
  • large buns

Instructions

  1. Combine chipped ham, grated American cheese, mustard, mayonnaise, and diced onion in a large bowl.
  2. Fill large buns with the mixture.
  3. Wrap each sandwich in foil.
  4. Heat the wrapped sandwiches in an oven at 250°F for about 30 minutes.
