Ingredients

  • 1 lb. pork sausage
  • 2 cups milk
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 slices white bread, cubed
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1 cup grated Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Brown the sausage and drain excess fat.
  2. Beat eggs, milk, salt, and dry mustard together.
  3. Add bread cubes, cooked sausage, and grated cheese to the egg mixture and combine.
  4. Pour the mixture into a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
  5. Refrigerate overnight.
  6. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 35 to 40 minutes until set and golden.
