Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 lb. pecan halves
  • 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • dash of Tabasco sauce
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 3 Tbsp. Worcestershire
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Spray a baking pan with nonstick spray.
  2. Melt butter in the pan, then stir in salt and add pecans.
  3. Mix well until nuts are thoroughly coated.
  4. Add Worcestershire, cayenne pepper, cinnamon, and Tabasco; toss again to coat.
  5. Place in a 300°F oven and bake for 30 minutes.
  6. Stir frequently until nuts are brown and crisp.
  7. Cool the pecans and store in an airtight container.
