Ingredients

  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 4 tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 head lettuce, chopped
  • 4 oz. grated cheddar cheese
  • 8 oz. creamy french dressing
  • 1 large bag tortilla chips, crunched
  • 1 large avocado
  • 2 lb. ground round
  • 15 oz. can of kidney beans, drained
  • 1/4 tsp. salt

Instructions

  1. Toss chopped onion, tomatoes, lettuce, grated cheddar cheese, and sliced avocado together in a large bowl. Add crunched tortilla chips and toss gently.
  2. Brown the ground round in a skillet. Add kidney beans and salt, then simmer for 10 minutes.
  3. Mix the cooked meat mixture with the prepared salad. Decorate with additional tortilla chips, sliced avocado, and tomato slices before serving.
