Ingredients

  • 1 bunch green onions
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 can green chilies
  • 1 can chopped black olives
  • 5 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp. cider vinegar

  • 1 lb. green beans
  • cold water
  • 1/2 cup Feta cheese
  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 1 Bermuda onion
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Steam green beans for seven minutes.
  2. Run cold water over the green beans to stop the cooking process.
  3. Add diced green onions, diced tomatoes, chopped green chilies, chopped black olives, olive oil, garlic salt, cider vinegar, sliced Bermuda onion, feta cheese, walnuts, salt, pepper, garlic, and chili to a bowl.
  4. Mix well to combine all ingredients.
