Ingredients

  • 1 c. flour
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 2 1/2 c. huckleberries
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Instructions

  1. Mix flour, 2 tablespoons sugar, baking powder and 1 teaspoon salt together.
  2. Cut in 1 tablespoon butter.
  3. Stir in milk.
  4. Set aside.
