Ingredients

  • 1 x dough
  • 18 each corn husks
  • 3 cups chickpeas (garbanzo beans) cooked
  • 1/2 cup tahini (sesame paste)
  • 6 tablespoons vinegar
  • 3 each garlic cloves
  • 3 tablespoons parsley leaves chopped
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce, tamari

Instructions

  1. Blend filling ingredients in a food processor to make a thick paste.
  2. Add a bit of water, if necessary, to achieve desired consistency.
