- Cut sausages into strips and salami into slices.
- Rinse peppers, remove seeds, and cut into slices.
- Rinse and slice tomatoes.
- Peel and slice onions.
- Saute sausages and salami in a skillet for 3 minutes.
- Add onions and peppers, and saute a few minutes longer.
- Add tomatoes and reduce heat.
- Beat eggs in a bowl.
- Pour eggs over all ingredients in the pan.
