Ingredients

  • 2 small onions
  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • 1 c sliced mushrooms
  • 1/2 c dry white wine
  • 1/2 c tomato sauce or puree
  • 1 c brown sauce seasoning
  • 1 tsp parsley

Instructions

  1. Saute onions in butter; stir in and saute mushrooms.
  2. Add white wine and simmer until reduced to half.
  3. Add tomato sauce and brown sauce, then cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Season and add parsley before serving.
