- In a bowl, combine 1 cup of peanut butter with 1 cup of boiling water and mix until smooth.
- Add 1 can of tomato soup or tomato juice to the mixture and stir well.
- Stir in 1/4 teaspoon of salt.
- Add 1 cup of croutons or bread crumbs to the mixture and mix thoroughly.
- Beat 1 egg and fold it into the mixture.
- Pour the mixture into a baking dish and bake at 350°F (175°C) for approximately 20 minutes or until heated through and bubbly.
