Ingredients

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 cup croutons or bread crumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 can tomato soup or tomato juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine 1 cup of peanut butter with 1 cup of boiling water and mix until smooth.
  2. Add 1 can of tomato soup or tomato juice to the mixture and stir well.
  3. Stir in 1/4 teaspoon of salt.
  4. Add 1 cup of croutons or bread crumbs to the mixture and mix thoroughly.
  5. Beat 1 egg and fold it into the mixture.
  6. Pour the mixture into a baking dish and bake at 350°F (175°C) for approximately 20 minutes or until heated through and bubbly.
