Ingredients

  • 60 Ritz crackers
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 2 boxes instant coconut pudding

Instructions

  1. Crush the Ritz crackers, saving 1/2 cup of crumbs for the top.
  2. Line the bottom of a 13 x 9-inch pan with the crushed crackers.
  3. Drizzle melted margarine over the cracker crumbs to form the crust.
