Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups cold milk
  • 1 cup ice cream, softened
  • 1 (6 serving size) package pudding and pie filling
  • 1 baked 9-inch graham cracker crumb crust

Instructions

  1. Thoroughly blend milk and softened ice cream in a bowl.
  2. Add pudding and pie filling; mix well.
  3. Beat slowly with a rotary beater or at low speed of an electric mixer until blended, about 1 minute.
  4. Pour immediately into the cooled graham cracker crust.
  5. Chill until set, about 3 hours.
  6. Garnish with whipped topping if desired.
