Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 Tbsp Parmesan cheese
  • pinch ground nutmeg
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 Tbsp flour
  • breadcrumbs
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • butter

Instructions

  1. Combine eggs, ground turkey, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, ground nutmeg, salt, pepper, and enough breadcrumbs to form into patties.
  2. Shape the mixture into patties.
  3. Brown the patties in butter until well browned.
  4. Remove the patties and keep warm.
  5. Add flour to the butter in the pan and cook, stirring, to make a paste.
  6. Add lemon juice to the paste and stir.
  7. Gradually add chicken broth to achieve gravy consistency.
  8. Serve the gravy over the cooked patties.
