Ingredients

  • 3/4 c. butter or margarine
  • 1 lb. marshmallows
  • 8 oz. candied cherries
  • 8 oz. candied pineapple
  • 8 oz. chopped dates
  • 2 c. pecans
  • 1 lb. graham cracker crumbs

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter or margarine and marshmallows together.
  2. Mix all the other ingredients—candied cherries, candied pineapple, chopped dates, pecans, and graham cracker crumbs—in a very large bowl.
  3. Pour the melted mixture over the dry ingredients.
  4. Mix well, using your hands if necessary, until evenly combined.
  5. Divide the mixture into 3 portions and shape each into a round log.
  6. Wrap each log in waxed paper and store in the refrigerator in Pringle potato chip cans.
